Monday December 31 from 3pm to midnight, over 50 performances play Monterey’s Convention Center, Alvarado Street, the area around Colton Hall, and Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey sites including Irvine Auditorium on Pierce Street. There are lots of free activities for all ages.
